About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Writer to support the creation and maintenance of clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn technical products, tools, and documentation processes.
What you'll do
- Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation such as user guides, release notes, FAQs, deployment notes, and product updates
- Gather information from engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to help translate technical input into clear content
- Follow documentation templates, style guides, and internal standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Update existing documentation based on product changes, feedback, and release cycles
- Support documentation tasks in Agile workflows, including sprint-based updates and release documentation
