Role - Assistant General Manager - Inverter Specialist About the Role - We are seeking an experienced Inverter Specialist to lead inverter reliability and maintenance across our solar portfolio. The role will be responsible for ensuring high inverter availability, providing technical support during critical breakdowns, driving maintenance strategies, managing spares, coordinating with OEMs, and supporting site teams to maximize plant performance.

What you'll do

• Own the performance, reliability, and availability of inverters across the solar portfolio
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies
• Analyze inverter performance trends and drive reliability improvement initiatives
• Standardize maintenance practices and technical procedures across sites
• Breakdown Support & Troubleshooting
