About the role
To lead a certain cluster for production activities for cell manufacturing at ReNew with a focus on cost reduction and optimum utilization of Machines training & developing of the system/manpower.
What you'll do
- Handling manufacturing of Solar Cell, material management, capacity utilization
- Ensuring high yield, continual productivity improvement of the cluster by implementing new techniques
- Developing process improvements for inventory, manufacturing & production control systems
