What you'll do
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial & revenue contracts such as PPAs (Utility, C&I, Third Party, International)
- Review RFQ/RFP/tender documents to identify contractual, commercial, and compliance risks; support bid submission workflows
- Review and negotiate debt financing–related documents, including Loan agreements, debenture bonds, security documents, and related financing contracts
- Work closely with internal teams — including project development, procurement, technical, finance, risk management, business development, compliance
- Provide strategic leadership to the contracts team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration
