About the role
The Operations Executive / Sr. Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring service quality, technician capability, material readiness, and compliance through hands-on supervision, audits, and performance monitoring across assigned service areas. The incumbent will report to the AOM/OM/ABM/BM.
What you'll do
- Ensure availability of trained & certified technicians as per guidelines
- Coach technicians to improve service quality, retention, and SOP compliance
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings; communicate safety & job-specific instructions
- Ensure availability of tools, materials, and proper stock management as per SOP
- Monitor SCP usage, troubleshoot issues, and provide refresher training
