What you'll do
- Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure service excellence and retention
- Schedule, plan, and allocate services, ensuring efficient team deployment and timely execution
- Validate and generate data, plans, and reports using the iCABS system
- Handle billing, invoice submissions, revisions, and credit note (CN) maintenance
- Follow up on POs, service contracts, legal agreements, and contract renewals
