About the role
The Technical Specialist – Risk and Safety Systems is responsible for the day-to-day support, administration, optimisation and adoption of technology platforms supporting the Risk and Safety functions. Reporting to the Service Owner, this role provides Level 2 and Level 3 support, manages secure system access, delivers minor enhancements and supports the transition of new capabilities into business-as-usual operation.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the day-to-day support, administration, optimisation and adoption of technology platforms supporting the Risk and Safety functions
- Reporting to the Service Owner, this role provides Level 2 and Level 3 support, manages secure system access
- Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the role identifies improvement opportunities, assesses product releases
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents and service requests, coordinating vendor or specialist escalation where required
- Work with the Service Desk to manage approved access requests for secure platforms, applying least-privilege and access-control requirements
