About the role
Produce portfolio-wide analytics to support strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends Problem solving when issues arise at the loan or portfolio level and proactively identify and report credit risk, market risk, and operational risk within the portfolio, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies with Brio AM team;
What you'll do
- Execute asset management strategies to ensure sound management and risk mitigation across the global commercial real estate debt portfolio
- Coordinating with lenders, borrowers and their respective lawyers in respect to loan redemptions, restructuring, amendments, waivers and other ad hoc requests
- Respond to requests for portfolio level due diligence and performance updates in a timely manner
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and supports effective asset management and risk mitigation
- Assist in preparing and present portfolio updates, performance reports, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
