About the role
The Senior Product Owner is an experienced, functionally deep Workday professional who owns one or more Workday modules end-to-end on behalf of Revantage and its PortCos. This is not a passive coordination role — it is an active, hands-on domain mastery role. You are the subject-matter expert, the decision-maker, the stakeholder champion, and the product strategist for your assigned module(s).
What you'll do
- Domain Ownership & Functional Mastery
- Own your assigned Workday module(s): Core HCM, Security and Onbaording end-to-end — from strategy and design through configuration, testing, deployment
- Develop and maintain deep functional expertise in your domain(s), staying current with Workday product updates, roadmap changes, and community best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation resource for your module area across all PortCos
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of how your module(s) interact with upstream and downstream systems and processes — and design solutions with those dependencies in mind
