What you'll do
- Lead Workday HCM Configuration: Serve as the technical expert for advanced Workday configuration, focusing on performance management, time and absence management
- Reporting, Dashboards, and Data Analytics: Design and deliver advanced Workday reports and dashboards, leveraging calculated fields, matrix and composite reports
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management and executive decision-making, with a strong emphasis on talent and workforce analytics
- Manage Organizational Changes: Oversee complex organizational changes within Workday, providing advanced functional support for issues and ensuring smooth transitions
