Director of Product, Global Tax Platform

Tax is where trust is won or lost. Every calculation, filing, and payment is a promise to our customers and to the agencies they answer to. As Rippling scales into the enterprise and expands globally, the Tax Platform is mission-critical infrastructure: it must be accurate, explainable, and reliable at a level most payroll systems were never designed for.

What you'll do

• Own the vision and execution for the Tax Platform across calculation, filing, payments, and reconciliation globally
• Lead a team of Senior Product Leads across calculation, filings, payments, data quality, and enterprise tax
• Drive measurable improvements in filing accuracy, on-time payment rates, weekly data accuracy, customer self-serve, and enterprise escalations
• Make the call on Tax Foundry while maintaining a credible third-party backup plan
• Build opinionated, configurable workflows that reduce reliance on Tax Ops and CX
