About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our Payments Compliance Accounting team as a Senior Accountant. This pivotal role will focus on maintaining a robust accounting infrastructure to support Rippling’s business expansion in payment processing. You will play a key role in supporting MTL regulators' periodic compliance reporting, introducing new product offerings, and leading expansion into U.S. and global markets .
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day accounting operations, including obligations related to customer funds, corporate cash management
- Prepare and analyze U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements and secondary books, as required by MTL regulations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records and facilitate audit preparations
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to meet regulatory compliance standards
