About the role
This is a rare 0 to 1 plus scale role: you’ll stand up the Bangalore hub, hire and coach managers and ICs, and ship the accounting integration platform that powers Rippling’s finance suite (corporate cards, reimbursements, travel, and accounting automation). You’ll create repeatable pipelines, operational tooling, and the quality bar for how Rippling ships integrations.
What you'll do
- Build the Bangalore hub: Hire, level, and grow a 25+ person org; stand up rituals, on-call, quality bars, and velocity tracking
- Own Accounting Integrations end-to-end: Define the technical roadmap and delivery plan for an integrations platform that serves both Spend and Payroll
- Manage managers + ICs: Mentor junior EMs; directly manage ICs initially and transition scope as leaders ramp
- Partner deeply: Work with Product, Design, GTM, and Finance Ops to prioritize impact, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly
- Scale through platforms: Establish reusable contracts, SDKs, tooling, and CI/CD standards so new integrations land in weeks—not quarters
