- Own the CRM end-to-end: data model, structure, hygiene, and scalability as the sales org grows
- Own the broader sales/pipe gen tech stack: outbound tech stack, inbound routers, PRM, and related systems
- Build seamless integrations across systems: data sync, alerts, and workflows that just work
- Own territory planning: the single most important strategic initiative for a fast-growing sales org
- Codify our ICP into account scoring and prioritization models
