About the role
The Solution Engineer will act as the technical bridge between Sales, Customers, and Product/Engineering teams. The role supports both pre-sales technical consulting and post-sales solution deployment and support , ensuring successful adoption of Aarki’s advertising platform.
What you'll do
- Partner with Sales teams to provide technical consultation during advertiser and partner onboarding
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions using Aarki’s platform
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform capabilities to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide technical account management for advertisers and ecosystem partners
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, data ingestion, and integration issues
