About the role
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Automation Specialist focused on improving how Sales Operations works through automation and applied AI. This role centers on identifying inefficiencies in existing workflows and incrementally automating them to improve speed, consistency, and overall quality across the Commercial organization.
What you'll do
- Assess current operating processes and identify where AI or automation can improve speed, quality, or consistency
- Incrementally automate manual or semi-manual workflows across Sales Operations
- Design, configure, and maintain AI-enabled workflows for reporting, data processing, sales support, and content generation
- Integrate automation and AI tools with existing systems including CRMs, spreadsheets, presentations, and data sources
- Develop, test, and optimize prompts to drive reliable, high-quality outputs from AI models
