About the role
We are seeking a Sales Support Manager – Airline Tech to join our global Air Sales Support team, where innovation knows no borders. This team helps enterprise airline partners scale with confidence by uniting commercial strategy, technical delivery and billing transparency.
What you'll do
- Direct the end-to-end Change Request (CR) pipeline from initial scoping to proposal sign-off, applying streamlined workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks
- Lead vendor governance across strategic IT partners (including Coforge and Tenarai) and internal technical teams, chairing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Safeguard contract compliance and revenue integrity by partnering with Sales
- Design, track and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) covering service delivery health and pipeline velocity
