About the role
Involved in all aspects of Logistics, Travel and Transport activities. Propose process improvement initiatives and guide juniors in the team both on technical and soft skills. Participation in inter-departmental projects and collaboration. Groom and nurture direct reports and evaluation of team performance.
What you'll do
- Provide logistical requirements for business related functions which includes provision of transport vehicles
- Provide service vehicles for operational requirements and fulfillment, including interfacility transfers, official business travels, business continuity
- Responds to complaints and concerns on fleet and logistics services
- Supervision on the daily operations of fleet service vehicles, drivers, and third party logistics partners
- Oversees that repair and maintenance of company owned vehicles are done on schedule
