About the role
Focus on provision of support for Operations' logistical requirements. In charge of the coordination and deployment of fleet vehicles, third-party logistics partners, booking of travel and hotel reservations, and fulfillment-related tasks.
What you'll do
- Provide logistical requirements for business-related functions which includes provision of transport vehicles
- Provide service vehicles for operational requirements and fulfillment, including interfacility transfers, official business travels, business continuity
- Handles the Travel Desk, airline bookings, and hotel accommodations for clients, global guests, and employees
- Processing of payments for airline and hotel bookings
- Secures travel agency quotations for travel requirements and LOA for hotel accommodations
