The role of an associate is to contribute to the overall team performance and profitability by implementing action plans which in return will improve and maintain client satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Able to communicate fluently in the language required for the function/location
- Adhere to attendance and punctuality norms
- Processing claims/developing projects/handling calls, as per the process guidelines
- Understands, knows, and interprets different complex scenarios and is able to resolve all assigned tasks
- Adhering to the SLA, and understanding Quality & Auditing parameters
