About the role
The Purpose of the role include designing and developing reports/dashboard on time and to specifications, developing strategies, keeping up to date with the latest developments, analyzing operations, and making suggestions for improvement. You should be able to effectively manage risks and protect data.
What you'll do
- Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports
- Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple processes. Be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the entire reports
- Develop, maintain, and publish Performance Dashboards and KPI tracking for relevant operational metrics, at all levels (employee to Site Leader) and all sites
- Design reports, scorecards, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis that deliver workforce insights and KPIs
- Develop and optimize BI Dashboards, Reports, Data Models, and data flows
