About the role
We are looking for a skilled Workday Reporting and R2R Expert to design, build, validate, and support Workday Financials reports for finance close, financial statements, reconciliations, management reporting, audit support, and reporting automation. The ideal candidate should combine hands-on Workday Report Writer experience with strong Record-to-Report process knowledge.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday custom reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Gather reporting requirements from Finance and business stakeholders and convert them into scalable Workday reporting solutions
- Build reports for Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, reconciliations, journal analysis, and management reporting
- Develop and manage calculated fields, prompts, filters, groupings, drill-down logic, and report security
- Validate report outputs against source financial data and support UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment
