About the role
As a Kitchen Associate, Central Kitchen , you will participate in a structured training program designed to develop your skills in food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards. You will assist in creating high-quality V4V7 and BevD items while learning the fundamentals of kitchen management.
What you'll do
- Learn the elements that constitute high-quality V4V7 and BevD items
- Follow food safety standards and maintain hygiene practices to ensure a clean and safe kitchen
- Operate and maintain central kitchen equipment with guidance
- Assist in receiving inventory and applying FIFO practices, including barcode scanning and stock management
- Participate in regular sanitization tasks to maintain kitchen cleanliness
