Automation Delivery Lead

About the role

The Automation Delivery Lead is accountable for enterprise automation delivery across relevant technologies, platforms, and initiatives, with an initial focus on Appian and the Aurora programme. The role owns and governs the Automation Factory while also providing delivery leadership for automation scope outside the Factory, ensuring consistent, secure, and compliant delivery aligned with business priorities and Sandoz standards.

What you'll do

• Your responsibilities include, but not limited to
• Own enterprise automation delivery across Factory and non-Factory scope, while governing and progressively expanding the Automation Factory across additional platforms
• Act as the primary internal interface with delivery partners, holding partners accountable for agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality, resourcing
• Align business stakeholders, architecture, platform engineering, quality, security, operations, and other internal functions on priorities, dependencies, decisions
• Establish and govern delivery standards, lifecycle controls, reusable patterns, documentation, release expectations, and compliance with enterprise architecture
