About the role
The ServiceNow Solution Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and continuously improving ServiceNow solutions that enable business outcomes. The role combines software engineering, platform expertise, and DevOps practices to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable services while ensuring platform stability, operational excellence, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and solutions
- Deliver enhancements, defect fixes, and technical improvements within Agile delivery cycles
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, platform, and integration issues
- Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow standards, architecture, and best practices
- Develop and maintain customizations, workflows, automations, and integrations
