About the role
We are seeking a Senior Techno Functional Analyst with strong hands on experience in Model N Revenue Manager and Oracle Database to support and enhance critical Revenue Management processes, including Chargebacks, Rebates, Managed Care, Government Pricing, and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
What you'll do
- Partner with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non‑functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into solution designs, functional specifications, and implementation plans
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, regulatory requirements, and platform best practices
- Coordinate closely with onsite leads, offshore AMS teams, and external vendors to ensure timely incident resolution and service continuity
- Provide functional and delivery oversight of the AMS L2/L3 support teams for the Model N application landscape
