What you'll do
- The Assistant Vice President – Resiliency Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide resiliency and risk management frameworks
- Collaborate across functions to embed a risk-aware culture and safeguard AB’s operations
- Training and Awareness : Develop and deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness among employees, particularly new joiners
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on risk management activities, findings, and recommendations to senior management and the board
- Demonstrate strong leadership in enterprise risk management and operational resiliency
