What you'll do
- Conduct consultation calls by phone or video to understand the candidate’s SAP module, certification or training status, work experience, location, work authorization
- Explain program structure, duration, delivery method, SAP system access where applicable, project activities, documentation, fees, payment schedules
- Recommend the appropriate training-only, project-experience, or combined pathway based on the candidate’s genuine readiness and needs
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates, address reasonable objections, and guide qualified applicants through registration and payment steps
- Maintain complete and accurate notes, lead stages, follow-up dates, consultation outcomes, and enrollment status in the CRM and tracking sheets
