What you'll do
- Coordinate with the field sales team for order collection, processing, and dispatch follow-ups
- Manage and update sales data, trackers, and dashboards regularly
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports (sales vs target, product-wise, region-wise)
- Act as the liaison between sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and billing
- Monitor secondary sales and distributor stock levels, and support schemes or incentive calculations
