About the role
The Executive Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the engineering operations within our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. This role involves ensuring the optimal functioning of all plant equipment and systems, managing maintenance activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment servicing and spare parts procurement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement engineering solutions to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
