What you'll do
- Generate enquiries and collect market information
- Visit potential customers for generating new business
- Techno commercial negotiations with the Customer
- Generate monthly MIS reports including sales, enquiries, lost order as desired by management and Mahindra
- Co-ordinate with service dealer for any unresolved customer complaint and escalate if necessary to management/Mahindra team
