About the role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Energy Services Leader to drive Services growth, digital acceleration, recurring revenue, and operational excellence across the zone. The role will focus on deploying best-in-class Services practices, accelerating EcoCare and EcoFit adoption, driving installed-base modernization, strengthening customer success, and improving Services performance across countries.
What you'll do
- Services Growth & Playbook Deployment Deploy the Digital Energy Services playbook across the zone, with a strong focus on Digital Energy Software & Solutions
- Drive demand creation for EcoFit transitions, EcoCare Service Plans, Field Quotes, and Services pricing initiatives
- Accelerate EcoCare recurring revenue growth, including SL2 conversions
- Drive modernization of the legacy BMS installed base through EcoFit
- Track the installed base using global tools and develop focused account action plans, particularly for key strategic accounts
