General Manager - Supply Chain Performance Role Purpose The General Manager - Supply Chain Performance is responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across a regional or multi-country supply chain network. The role focuses on deploying Schneider Performance System (SPS) methodologies, optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance, coaching local teams, and leveraging digital solutions to deliver sustainable business results.
What you'll do
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, Kaizen, Lean Office, and operational excellence methodologies
- Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to improve productivity, lead time, inventory, logistics efficiency, equipment utilization, and workforce performance
- Develop and execute performance improvement roadmaps in partnership with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain leadership teams
- Support sites in achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People development objectives
- Participate in strategic investment decisions related to capacity expansion, automation, new product introductions, and process transformation
