About the role
We are looking for a Supply Planning & Customer Operations Specialist to drive demand-supply alignment, capacity planning, and customer delivery commitments. The role will act as the key interface between internal stakeholders, customers, and manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless production ramp-up, supply continuity, and on-time delivery performance.
What you'll do
- Share customer forecasts with manufacturing partners and secure timely supply commitments to support production and delivery plans
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring effective communication, operational alignment, and readiness during product ramp-up phases
- Conduct regular Capacity to Build (CTB) reviews to validate production readiness and confirm supply commitments
- Monitor material availability, production capacity, and supply chain constraints; proactively identify and escalate risks that may impact delivery schedules
- Track adherence to committed supply plans and drive recovery actions for delayed orders or supply shortfalls
