About the role
The role is accountable for delivering BTEX transformation initiatives and converting travel, expense, payment, and operational data into actionable business intelligence, driving process optimization, digital innovation, and measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Working across regions and functions, the role will lead global delivery governance, conduct end-to-end T&E data and process mining assessments
- Define and maintain integrated delivery plans covering scope, milestones, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, decisions, and acceptance criteria
- Establish delivery governance, workstream cadence, decision forums, executive status reporting, and escalation mechanisms
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery, clear accountability, and rapid issue resolution
- Monitor delivery performance and business outcomes; implement corrective actions when milestones, quality, adoption, or value realization are at risk. 2
