Pre-sales Solution Architect (High Tech) - Expert Professional

About the role

This role is responsible for the end-to-end design of high-availability HVAC, Fire Protection and mechanical systems tailored for mission-critical environments, including Data Centres and Command Centres. A core focus of this role is the engineering of advanced liquid cooling architectures. You will ensure all technical solutions are optimized for project success, compliance to standards and highest customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the end-to-end design of high-availability HVAC, Fire Protection and mechanical systems tailored for mission-critical environments
• Ensure all technical solutions are optimized for project success, compliance to standards and highest customer satisfaction
• Provide technical leadership for mission-critical projects across diverse sectors, including IT, Financial Services, Government and other industry segments
• Establish preliminary cost estimates and ensure alignment with project budgetary requirements
• Issue Resolution and Escalation: Escalate customer concerns to the Solutions Manager, maintaining accountability for the successful resolution and closure of all issues
