About the role
We are looking for a motivated and execution-oriented analyst to support Digital M&A for R&D and Cybersecurity initiatives. This role focuses primarily on supporting acquisitions, divestitures and integration initiatives impacting R&D, software engineering and digital platforms.
What you'll do
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Digital M&A acquisitions, integrations
- Support application, repository and engineering tool integration activities
- Maintain integration plans, action trackers, risk logs and governance documentation
- Coordinate activities across R&D, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Legal and Business teams
- Support digital due diligence and integration readiness assessments
