About the role
The role is primarily accountable for the global learning technology portfolio, including Cornerstone OnDemand adjacent learning platforms and application rationalization. It also owns the technical enablement of Continuous Listening on Qualtrics, with emphasis on integrations, data flows, identity and access, security, releases and production support.
What you'll do
- Own the application lifecycle for Cornerstone OnDemand and connected learning platforms, including roadmap, releases, upgrades, feature enablement
- Program-manage the transition to Learn / Single Architecture and selected Learn+ capabilities, coordinating environment readiness, configuration, integrations, UAT
- Coordinate learning integrations across HR master data, identity and access, skills, content providers, analytics and data platforms
- Lead portfolio rationalization, supporting retain, integrate, consolidate, replace and retire decisions across global and regional learning applications
- Coordinate responsible-AI, data, content, privacy, cybersecurity and production-readiness governance for AI-enabled learning capabilities
