About the role
The Security Officer will be responsible for leading and driving the organization’s end-to-end security strategy across all India locations. The role encompasses physical security, corporate security governance, emergency response, digital security experience (in collaboration with IT), risk management, investigations, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive site specific security strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead all aspects of physical security across manufacturing plants, offices, warehouses, R&D centers, and other facilities
- Drive corporate security governance, policies, standards, SOPs, and security compliance across all locations
- Establish robust access control, visitor management, surveillance (CCTV), command center operations, intrusion detection, and incident management systems
- Partner with IT and Digital teams to enhance the digital security experience through integrated security technologies, smart access systems, analytics
