About the role
The Lab Analyst – Plant supports site‑level quality and food safety objectives by performing analytical, microbiological, physical, and application testing in accordance with established laboratory procedures. This role partners closely with plant quality, operations, and food safety teams to ensure accurate testing, reliable data, and compliance with food safety and quality requirements.
What you'll do
- Perform analytical, microbiological, physical, and application testing of raw materials, in‑process products
- Support laboratory sample management activities, including receiving, logging, storing, and preparing samples for analysis
- Review testing requests and coordinate daily workload with laboratory partners to meet production and quality timelines
- Interpret, review, and verify laboratory data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality requirements
- Prepare test reports, documentation, and records to support product release, investigations, and audits
