About the role
Quality Assurance Coordinator coordinates daily laboratory and quality assurance activities to ensure products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. This role performs laboratory analyses, authorizes product release, blocks non‑conforming product, oversees environmental hygiene and packaging materials, and coordinates the work of a small laboratory team.
What you'll do
- Ensure RM and PM consignment received from Approved Vendors
- Sampling of incoming raw and packing material as per standard
- Review and maintain the Inward register for raw material and FG
- Analysis of finished goods/ RM as per the specification/ method of analysis and release the RM/PM/FG in oracle
- Maintain raw data/ work sheet for all analysis (RM/PM) conducted as per respective procedures and specifications
