What you'll do
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards and methodologies (SCRUM, Extreme Programming)
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery and coach others in best practices
- Lead and participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
- Migrate legacy applications to the latest technologies and develop integrations between applications
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing and promoting good practices
