What you'll do
- ServiceNow Solution Design & Implementation
- Design and deliver scalable, upgrade-safe solutions across ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request
- Configure core platform architecture, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, custom scripting, and third-party tool integrations (e.g., Snowflake, Jira, Salesforce)
- Implement and manage technical integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Import Sets, ensuring alignment with platform security models and ACLs
- Promote OOTB adoption, minimize unnecessary customizations, and leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities to deliver efficient solutions
