About the role
You will be part of the Operations team supporting solar energy customers across the region. The team is responsible for ensuring reliable system performance, delivering technical expertise, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle of solar installations.
What you'll do
- Perform installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of solar power systems and associated equipment
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues, execute upgrades and retrofits, and ensure optimal system performance
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, providing technical support, training, and guidance on system operation
- Maintain service documentation, issue tracking, and maintenance records while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
