About the role
You will be involved in providing structured debt financing for Asia-Australia through Siemens Bank GmbH. As part of a strong and established team of project and structured finance risk managers, you will support the Bank's continued growth with a focus on energy and infrastructure transactions. In this context you will underwrite and manage your own projects.
What you'll do
- Underwrite and manage your own projects
- Assess and structure new opportunities with a focus on identifying key risks, optimizing financing structures, and ensuring an appropriate balance between risk and return
- Lead transaction execution and stakeholder management by coordinating internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Tax, Rating, Asset Management, and Operations
- Develop and maintain effective risk management practices by ensuring compliance with internal policies and contributing to the continuous enhancement of credit
