About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Lead with strong experience in building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
What you'll do
- Drive implementation planning by decomposing prioritized features into well-defined user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria, estimating effort
- Collaborate with Product Owners to continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering team alignment
- Manage and track sprint execution, team capacity, velocity, and delivery commitments using Azure DevOps, ensuring timely identification and resolution of risks
- Monitor work progress and team performance through Azure DevOps dashboards, metrics, and reporting, leveraging data-driven insights to improve predictability
