What you'll do
- Fleet Operational Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide engineering support for forced outage recovery and conduct root cause investigations for the operating fleet of generators
- Disposition field findings and formulate technical repair recommendations for generator components to ensure operational reliability
- Perform advanced operational troubleshooting for a diverse fleet of large utility generators and synchronous condensers
- Respond to urgent customer requests, including providing support during nights and weekends as required
