About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claim professional to join our Grid Software Solutions team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, developing, and diligently pursuing claim and change-order opportunities to safeguard and enhance project profitability
What you'll do
- Support claim management activities throughout the project lifecycle, from tender to project closeout
- Support project teams in the review of tender requirements and terms, in coordination with Legal and other relevant functions
- Identify, assess and support the management of claims, variations and change orders in customer and relevant subcontractor/partner agreements. Ensure timely tracking
- Drive governance, standardization and continuous improvement of claim management practices across the project portfolio
- Drive AI-enabled tender review processes, reporting and automation solutions within SI GSW SOL to increase transparency on requirement compliance, claims
