What you'll do
- You assume end-to-end accountability for the delivery, performance, quality, and continuous improvement of critical OT services across factory and production environments
- You ensure that all OT services operate with high reliability and security while strictly aligning with business goals, compliance frameworks
- You define and drive the long-term service vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring a seamless synchronization with overall business and smart-factory needs
- You guide and manage the structural architecture alignment for all operational technology services
- You implement and optimize robust, ITIL-based standard processes with a clear focus on request, incident, problem, and change management within OT environments
