What you'll do
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across GIS manufacturing and assembly operations to improve productivity, quality, capacity
- Identify and eliminate the 8 wastes through structured Lean methodologies and shopfloor improvement activities
- Lead Kaizen initiatives and promote a continuous improvement culture across manufacturing operations
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify process losses, bottlenecks, non-value-added activities and improvement opportunities
- Implement Lean principles including Standard Work, Pull Systems, Kanban, JIT and flow-based manufacturing
